  • Complete the booking form on our contact page. A team member will reach out to you. Please note a 30% deposit is required to confirm and secure your event date. Once your package, location, and event details are confirmed, payment instructions will be sent. Your booking is only secured after the deposit is received.

  • Standard turnaround is usually 5–7 business days. Rush delivery may be available as an add-on if confirmed in advance and will depend on the event size, image volume, editing workload, and current schedule.

  • Yes. Event coverage is available for private, social, church, school, community, and corporate-style events. This includes birthdays, baby showers, christenings, graduations, church events, memorials, award ceremonies, product launches, seminars, AGMs, conferences, business mixers, staff functions, private celebrations, and community events.

  • Yes. Rush delivery is available only if confirmed in advance. Options may include same-day preview galleries, next-day preview galleries, or next-day full gallery delivery depending on the package, event size, and editing workload.
