Drone coverage depends on location, weather, safety, visibility, flight restrictions, and approval from the client or property owner.

Travel, parking, toll, venue, access, and accommodation fees may apply where necessary. Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit.

FAQ / QUICK INFO

  • Complete the booking form on our contact page. A team member will reach out to you. Please note a 30% deposit is required to confirm and secure your property shoot. Once the package, location, date, and property details are confirmed, payment instructions will be sent. Your booking is only secured after the deposit is received.

  • Essential and Signature real estate galleries are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Premium galleries are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery may be available as an add-on if confirmed before or at the time of booking

  • The property should be cleaned, organized, and ready before the photographer arrives. The client is responsible for ensuring access to all rooms and areas that need to be photographed. Furniture, personal items, bins, vehicles, tools, laundry, clutter, and unnecessary items should be moved before the shoot where possible. Lights should be working, rooms should be accessible, and pets should be secured during the shoot.

  • Yes. Drone images and video may be available depending on the property, location, weather, safety, visibility, flight restrictions, and approval from the client or property owner. Drone coverage is not guaranteed if the location is unsafe, restricted, affected by poor weather, or unsuitable for flight.
